1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why
We process the data you provide in the contact form or in an e-mail message: name, company name, telephone number, e-mail address and the content of your message. We process the data in order to:
- reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer — on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- establish, pursue or defend legal claims — on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Retention period
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, after that, until the limitation period for possible claims expires or until you withdraw your consent, if that happens earlier.
4. Recipients of data
The data may be entrusted to entities that provide us with technical services: the website hosting provider (Railway Corporation, USA), the e-mail provider (Google Ireland Limited) and the provider of the Telegram messenger (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai, UAE), through which we receive contact form submissions. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or another mechanism provided for in the GDPR.
5. Your rights
- access to your data and receiving a copy of it,
- rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- objection to processing based on a legitimate interest,
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal,
- lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Providing the data is voluntary, but without your name and telephone number we will not be able to reply to your enquiry. We do not take automated decisions or carry out profiling.
6. Cookies
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Fonts are stored on our own server, so the website does not connect to external font services. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent.
